Artificial Intelligence and Legal Challenges
The development of artificial intelligence is in full swing, and this technology has a profound impact on various aspects of human life, society, the economy, culture, and more. It has garnered significant attention and concern regarding its legal implications. As a response to this, our book delves into the legal issues surrounding artificial intelligence from multiple perspectives, including personality rights, information protection, anthropology, and civil and criminal codes. Artificial Intelligence and Legal Impacts

In recent years, Artificial Intelligence has once again set off waves and has had a major impact on the life, society, economy, and culture of human society. While AI brings all kinds of conveniences, it also comes with risks, which in turn derives new legal issues. The Foundation published the first collection of essays in April 2020. This book gathered together scholars and experts from Germany, Japan, China, and Taiwan. The research results on AI legal issues are rich in content, involving many oriented AI legal issues.
