The YongLin Foundation and the AI International Law Research Foundation (AIILRF) have partnered to launch the "Exploring Future AI Applications and Regulatory Frameworks" course series.
This initiative pools teaching resources from four universities—Soochow University, Shih Chien University, Tunghai University, and National Chung Cheng University—and convenes over 40 experts in AI and regulation, successfully creating Taiwan's first-ever cross-university co-taught course focused on AI applications and regulatory oversight.
The 16-week program attracted over a hundred students from diverse backgrounds, including law, technology, management, and medicine.
The program concluded with the "Exploring Future AI Applications and Regulatory Frameworks Seminar," held on June 4th at Shih Chien University, serving as the joint closing presentation for the four partner universities. This course is the first knowledge co-creation platform in Taiwan that integrates student participation, academic exchange, and practical application, marking a significant milestone in Taiwan's AI education.
