Registration & Materials: Due to the enthusiastic response, conference handbooks are available in limited quantities and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Walk-in participants (those who did not pre-register) will be admitted only after pre-registered guests have entered and if seats remain available. Handbooks for walk-ins will be distributed only if there is remaining stock after inventory.

Catering: Lunch is not provided, and no lunch box ordering service will be available. Only light refreshments will be provided during tea breaks.

Copyright Policy: To respect the intellectual property rights of our speakers, the organizer will not provide electronic files (PDFs or PPTs) of the conference materials or presentations.

Certificates of Attendance: Participants requiring a Certificate of Attendance (e.g., students) must attend the entire event and sign in/out on the physical attendance sheets. Certificates must be collected upon departure; they will not be issued after the event concludes.
