International Artificial Intelligence and Law Research Foundation, the College of Law of Tunghai University, the College of Law of Kaohsiung University, Biomedical Technology and Artificial Intelligence Laws Research Center of Kaohsiung University, and the Department of Economic and Financial Law of Kaohsiung University will hold the "2021 Artificial Intelligence and Legal Speculation Seminar (IV)" in the college of Law, Tunghai University On May 3, 2021.

The widespread use of artificial intelligence in various fields will inevitably lead to the emergence of new types of legal problems, and the demand for AI legal talents in related industries is bound to increase day by day. Because of this, schools such as Tunghai University and Kaohsiung University have actively promoted AI-combined legal education and widely offered relevant courses. Through the co-organization of various lectures and seminars, we hope to cultivate AI legal talents who integrate legal theory and practice, and implement the goal of talent cultivation and the "inclusiveness, security, resilience, and sustainability" of the United Nations sustainable development goals and hope they can germinate and be invested in various related industries to make contributions.

This seminar is mainly based on the reports of law graduate students. It is the staged achievement of AI legal education in various schools. It allows students to publicly publish and test their achievements. Through the comments of experts and scholars, we hope that students can strive for more perfection and continue to work hard with the goal of perfect performance.

The "Artificial Intelligence and Legal Speculation" academic seminar has been successfully held three times since 2018. This is the fourth one. Following the past model, the first session invited Dean JHUO, JYUN-SYONG, the College of Law of Tunghai University, and Distinguished Professor CHANG, LI-CHING of Kaohsiung University to give speeches on AI finance and AI medical respectively for postgraduate study and demonstration.

A total of 15 law graduate students from Tunghai University, Kaohsiung University, and China Culture University gave reports on the three sessions of "AI and Medical Care, Environmental Protection", "AI and Civil, Investigation" and "AI and Self-Driving Law". Whether you are a practitioner in the AI-related field, a legal worker who is interested in the development of the AI field, or a public who is simply interested in AI law, you are welcome to come to L205 of the College of Law of Tunghai University on May 3, and join together Thoughts and discussions on AI law.
